Originally from La Marne and cheese for 5 generations, Mr Lincet is part of the heritage! He arrives in Saligny in 1957 and now holds several cheeses that make the transition to the transition from meal to dessert. The time of cheese: it is sacred! And if the Lincet brand passes there, then the pleasure is guaranteed. Some evocative names: chaource, cheese, delights of Burgundy and Saint-Florentine, for the best known and best, but also the Sénonais for purely local flavours! Note: the first two cities are A.O.P.
