May-Line, a dynamic young woman and heiress of a family of winegrowers from a Vosne-Romanée estate, was in charge of the Caveau de la Chouette before the place was taken over in April 2019 by Brian Verpeaux. While keeping the identity of the establishment, its new owner, who has made his mark in London and Paris, has adapted the concept to a wine and cocktail bar, refocusing its menu on 100% Burgundy wines. A la carte: Gevrey Chambertin, Pommard, Saint-Véran, Hautes Côtes de Nuits, or Saint-Romain, from 6 to 24 euros per glass or from 26 to 300 euros per bottle. The house proposes you to accompany your tasting with gougères, bruschettas, a board of cheeses and charcuteries or even snails from Burgundy. The novelty lies in the mixology, where you can savour delicious cocktails. As proof, the winery came third in the Burgundy mixology competition in January 2020. The atmosphere is festive and sometimes even supportive, during the broadcasting of football matches. Some may also privatize the place for tailor-made evenings.

Stéphane Guénin's bar is a friendly place where all kinds of people meet, each at their own time, with the average age dropping dramatically on Friday evenings, bringing its share of entertainment to the charming village of Moloy. The bar is housed in a building that was once an inn in 1850. With rock music playing in the background, Stéphane's guitar hangs on the wall, ready to serve! Here, beef isn't just on the plate. On Friday evenings, the aperitif platters follow one another, as do the rounds of friends to the rhythm of the themed evenings.

It has just celebrated its 50th anniversary. L'Escale is an institution! A concert hall which was originally the dance hall of the Hotel de la Réunion destroyed during the Second World War. In this large vaulted room made of exposed stones, the atmosphere is festive thanks to the music of DJ Carlos, which combines Latin music and current trends! The Smart is the chameleon of dijonnaise animation. Since 1985, the Jamaica Rum Store has been frequented by all age groups. The Jam, as the people of Dijon like to call it, is managed by Gilles Jarant who guarantees a festive and warm atmosphere. After a major transformation and refurbishment, the owners have reopened a festive bar with a new name and decoration. Welcome to the Melkior (as an evidence with its neighbor the Bal'tazar!) which welcomes you from 6:30 pm to 2 am to take a glass (or several!) accompanied by tapas or a board (or several!) of cooked pork meats and to benefit from musical live the Fridays and Saturdays. For this, the space has been completely renovated and now presents a bright and green space where you feel good. It also has a covered terrace that allows you to chat more quietly while sipping your drink. The place can even be totally or partially privatized for private or professional events. A stage on the water, that's what has been missing for a long time in the cultural life of the area. It is now a reality thanks to the barge La Scène des quais which, on the quays of the Yonne, offers a varied program for all audiences. Managed by the association ARTEM, the place welcomes one-man/women shows, concerts, plays, shows for children or improv evenings... The program is always attractive, and the whole is signed by emerging artists, often amateurs. We can even privatize the boat for our parties with friends or family. We love it!

La Goguette isn't just a café, it's an enchanted place where music and cuisine meet. In a bucolic setting, where musical notes soar from a welcoming stage, you can savor simple, seasonal, home-cooked cuisine, lovingly concocted by the team. The association that runs the place aims to make culture accessible to all. For a token €1, you can attend live concerts by talented artists, mostly French singers and composers.
