Located in Louvois, this family business is now run by two brothers: Franck and Hervé Boever. Attached to their history, their terroir and their roots, the duo energetically cultivate a 5-hectare vineyard located on renowned crus. All our wines are made from the^1st juice called "la cuvée". The range is well thought-out, with 5 champagnes and a ratafia to discover. Our favorite is the Cuvée des Dames de France, with its golden color and amber highlights. This wine, with its lovely ripeness and aromas, is sure to win you over!

Coming from a long line of winegrowers, Éric Rodez carries on the family tradition with love and respect for the land. The estate is certified HVE (High Environmental Value). His vineyards stretch along the Ambonnay-Bouzy hillside, while the three production sites (presses, winery and cellar) are located in old Ambonnay. You'll be able to taste our Grand Cru champagnes after an instructive visit, during which you'll admire the two traditional presses, the pressing center, and the oenology and dressing rooms.

Located a few kilometers from Reims, Hubert and Béatrice Fagot's estate extends over ten hectares of vineyards scattered throughout the town. The house favors sustainable farming practices in order to produce quality champagnes. Two ranges are offered, Joseph and Hubert Fagot as well as ratafia, old marc and old fine de Marne. It is also possible to book their three pretty rooms decorated with care.

Producer-collecting vineyards southwest of Epernay, in the Marne Valley, Gilbert Lagache sells on site a nice selection of champagne and sparkling wines. Besides the best wines based on Pinot meunier of this small producer. The company Lagache uses as other producers personalized capsules for its bottles of champagne. Its capsules are distinguished by their central cut surrounded by clusters on gold background with a Bordeaux contour.

The visit of this family exploitation, through an offer of 4 different tasting circuits, starts with the vineyards, then the three Champagne grape varieties. We then go to the modern presses where we will see beautiful murals that illustrate the work at the beginning of the century. In the winery, we are amazed by the oak tuns decorated with sculptures. Finally, tasting inside a huge barrel that can contain the equivalent of 50,000 bottles!

Inside the building, built in 1773 by the Marquis de Dampierre, you'll discover a collection of 1,000 crystal champagne flutes. The tour continues through the eco-museum (antique tools, machines, documentary film) and the vaulted cellars, with tastings. The "clos" project is a small vineyard that allows visitors to follow the evolution and ripening of the grapes. A visit well worth making, both for the champagne and the architecture..

Champagne Jacquinet Dumez traces its origins back to 1935, in the Premier Cru village of Sacy. From Henri Dumez's three hectares of vines, a first 100% pinot noir cuvée was born. Today, in the Premier Cru village of Les Mesneux, Aline, Olivier and their daughter Diane continue the family tradition with a range of 8 Premier Cru cuvées that let you discover the other language of champagne. Our favorite is Vocabilis, an extra brut 100% pinot noir.

Located in Muizon, not far from the cellars of Champagne Prestige des Sacres, this third Cave et Terroirs shop offers you a fine selection of wines, champagnes and spirits, with more than 800 references. White, red, rosé, you will find wines from all regions accompanied by the team's advice on how to match them with your dishes, champagnes from the great houses, as well as spirits for the amateurs. On Saturdays, the shop also offers a tasting to discover a wine of the moment specially selected for the occasion.

Daniel Delaunois perpetuates the family tradition initiated by his great grandfather in the 1920s. Today he is an independent winemaker, and his work and love of wine, inspired by his ancestors, has already enabled him to win some fine medals for his wines, in particular the famous "Royale Blanc de Noirs", the Domaine's signature cuvee. Each year, the House proposes interesting and personal works. Cuvée Brut L'Instant is made from the finest Montagne de Reims vines. Its powerful fruit aromas and fine structure make it a racy, full-bodied cuvée, with an elegant Chardonnay finish. Cuvée Dame Noire, a blend of 50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay, is a well-balanced wine full of sweetness and vivacity. Stunning!

In the 16th^century , the Beaufort family was already cultivating vines in the region. In 1929, Marcellin and his son Herbert decided to start producing champagne. Today, Henry, Hugues and Ludovic have taken up the torch. The vineyard covers 16.50 hectares, mainly planted with Pinot Noir and supplemented with Chardonnay. Bouzy rouge, an elegant ruby-red wine, is carefully preserved in the subsoil for two years.

Georges Joli's family has been winemakers for several generations, but it was he who decided in the 1970s to make his own champagne. He chose the name of Veuve Doussot as a tribute to his mother-in-law. Today it is his grandson, Stéphane, who runs the business. Among the many Veuve Doussot champagnes, let's distinguish the cuvée Mémory Brut Millésime, created in memory of Guy Joly, an exceptional cuvée that is the quintessence of the estate's vines. Also worth discovering: their beautiful 4-star gîte, just a few steps from their winery.

Here, we have been winegrowers since 1677 and harvesting and handling for 4 generations. The wines produced on this estate have the particularity of being partially or totally vinified in oak barrels. It is possible to visit all the installations: the press, the vats, the cellar, the cellar, of course, and to discover the different tasks that the winegrower must accomplish in the cultivation of the grape and the elaboration of the champagne: pruning, the lierie, disbudding, trellising, trimming, harvesting, racking, blending, etc. Since 2010, Doyard Champagne has been part of an association called Les Artisans du Champagne, which brings together 16 Champagne winegrowers and craftsmen. Cuvée Vendémiaire brut Premier cru: 4 years of ageing. Chardonnay grape variety (white grapes) 100% exclusively from the Côte des Blancs.

Cuvée Vendémiaire extra-brut Premier cru: 6 years of ageing. Chardonnay grape variety (white grapes) 100% exclusively from the Côte des Blancs.

La Libertine: more than 12 years of ageing. The objective of this cuvée was to get closer to the taste characteristics of sparkling Champagne wines from the early 18th century. Libertine is unique and does not come close to any current champagne.

oeil de Perdrix Grand Cru: this cuvée takes its name from ancient times (18th and early 19th centuries) when the impossibility of artificially "bleaching" the juices of the black grapes led to the production of a Champagne with a colour tainted by an "eye". This one referred to a champagne slightly tinted with pink, like a partridge eye. Origin of the grapes: Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from Aÿ.

Clos de l'Abbaye Millésime Premier cru 2012: Clos de l'Abbaye comes from a half hectare plot of chardonnay, isolated and planted in 1956. Its location and its very calcareous soil give it a very early ripening period. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Blanc de Blancs 2009 Grand cru: 2009 vintage. Chardonnay grape variety 100% Grands Crus (Mesnil, Oger, Avize, Cramant).

Ratafia: this one is aged 18 months in barrels.

Since 1864, the Jean Milan house, classified among the 17 Grand Crus of the Champagne region, has been producing 100% Chardonnay champagnes from the grapes of Oger. The 3 Champagne grape varieties are well represented, with 55% pinot meunier, 25% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay, offering a rich mosaic of terroir and unique taste qualities. Brut, rosé and Grande Réserve make up the range. As well as Achille, a 100% chardonnay vintage wine, and Harmonie, a perfect blend of the 3 grape varieties.

In the heart of Les Riceys, Didier and Marie-Hélène Goussard welcome you to discover the fruit of their terroir, created with chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. Didier and Marie-Hélène Goussard's champagnes have earned a well-deserved reputation, as wine magazines and guides have honored their production. The estate is committed to the environment, and has been awarded Terra Vitis and HVE certification. You can taste organic cuvées in their Vignobles & Découvertes-certified cellar.

Founded in 1960 by Jean Diot, this House elaborates its wines with meticulousness and requirement. The chalky soils offer very tasty grapes. The style impelled by the current owners is timeless and refined. The colorful, modern and very careful dressings testify it. The wines are declined in 4 ranges: classics, creations, limited editions without forgetting the wines and spirits (white coteaux-champenois and ratafia). A particular favorite is Extase Rosé, a Brut Nature with a hint of fine spices, and Exception Boisée, a vintage wine produced in only 500 copies.

Opened in 1932 by the grandfather, the estate, now run by the^3rd generation, extends over 17 hectares between Baye, Sézanne, Argançon and Troissy. Visitors can tour the vineyard, modern cellars and wine press, before enjoying a tasting of some of the estate's cuvées. The Millésime cuvée (30% pinot noir and 70% chardonnay) is sure to delight. Founded in 1947, Champagne Jacquinot et Fils is located in the hills above Épernay, a stone's throw from the Avenue de Champagne. The range comprises 5 cuvées, starting with Brut Private Cuvée, the House's Brut sans année, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Millésimée Symphonie Brut is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Cuvée Symphonie Rosé is made only in the very best years. In the glass, these wines offer a gentle melody.

Champagne Billiot has existed since 1937 but it is in 1960 that Champagne H. Billiot & Fils was born in 1960 when Henri Billiot invested and created the cellars on the Place de la Fontaine, placing his buildings in the center of Ambonnay. It is now Laetitia who operates and manages the Domaine, proud to be the heir of these passionate experts whose standard she has taken over with a firm hand. The Domaine H. This estate has been producing delicious champagnes for 4 generations thanks to a limestone terroir from the same geological vein as the Côte des Blancs, renowned for the quality of its Chardonnays. A reasoned viticulture favoring the grassing of the soil is practiced daily. Since 1997, Pascale has been the guardian of this fine family history and of a sumptuous vineyard covering 9 hectares. The Vilmart brand was born in 1890 under the impulse of Désiré Vilmart, who at the time owned only 2 ha of vines. Laurent Champs, grandson of the creator, has now the honor to continue the family tradition. He elaborates the vintages and takes care of the 11 ha of vines that the vineyard counts today, planted with 60% of chardonnay and 40% of pinot noir. The average age of the vines is 30 years, which gives the wines of the range a certain aromatic complexity, the signature of the House. The cuvée Grande Réserve is a rather full-bodied wine, ideal as an aperitif.

Xavier Duvat took over this family business in 1991, which today covers 10 hectares, crossing the Marne, Aisne and Aube. And because the love of family is stronger than anything else, this outstanding winemaker works today with his son Léonard. The traditional grape varieties offer a very expressive result. Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Medeville took over this estate in 2000, with its 12 ha of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vines. In Cumières, José and Sébastien Sanchez, talented harvesters and handlers, passionately perpetuate the know-how inherited from their forefathers. Their 5-hectare vineyard, certified organic since 2016, is cultivated using virtuous, common-sense practices. A tribute to time.The Rafflin family has been making wine since 1740, and today Denis Rafflin, supported by Noémie and Benjamin, manages this 9-hectare estate in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Their Blanc de Blancs cuvée stands out for its limpid color and brilliant reflections. Fine bubbles, powerful aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. Established south of Épernay for 3 generations, this estate cultivates 9 ha of vines spread over 7 different villages. Jean-Marc Sélèque's aim is to reveal the identity of his terroir through sustainable viticulture and parcel-based vinification, with long ageing on lees. All his cuvées are the fruit of a score which, in its notes, tells the story of the climate, the soil, the work, the patience, the know-how, the origin and the history of his terroir. The 10 cuvées are chiselled and of excellent quality. A particular favorite is Solessence Extra Brut.

Belonging to a family whose name comes from a Belgian family who settled in Damery, the village where Nicolas Suenen, his great-great-great-grandfather, was born, Aurélien Suenen is a very conscientious winegrower who has been able to rethink the cultivation of his family's vineyard, in a reasoned way with practices that had been abandoned, and the abandonment of certain others (use of herbicides). The vineyard extends over the Côte des Blancs and some beautiful plots (Chouilly, Cramant) as well as the Saint-Thierry massif for the pinot meunier.

Founded in 1946, Delphine and Christophe are now at the helm of this house with a solid reputation. Their 30 ha of vines are cultivated using integrated viticulture methods. The cuvées are part of a simple, easy-to-understand range. We recommend the light-colored Cuvée Tradition, with its fine balance of fruit and flowers. A wonderful companion for an informal aperitif. In the land of Chardonnay, it's impossible to miss Cuvée Brut Blanc de blancs. Cheers!

Situated on a Premier Cru terroir some ten kilometers from Reims, the family estate is now run by Régis and his son Guillaume. The range comprises a Brut Premier Cru harmoniously blended with the 3 traditional grape varieties, a Blanc de Blancs and a Blanc de Noirs (100% pinot noir). The Rosé is a blend of the 3 grape varieties and red wine vinified in oak barrels. The House also offers 2 emblematic cuvées: Nectar de Rheims and Secrets de Chêne, a wine rounded out by dosage and wood. And it's absolutely divine!

Since 1998, it is Fabrice who brings a new breath to the family domain. With state-of-the-art techniques and sustainable viticulture, the 15-hectare vineyard is evolving without ever losing its identity, so dear to the family. This talented winemaker produces wines far from dogmas and trends. They are particularly fond of Grande Vallée, their emblematic wine, made with Extra-Brut and aged in French oak barrels and tuns. The Valnons are not to be outdone! This 100% Chardonnay Extra-Brut Millésimé, made on a pinot noir soil, perfectly reflects the audacity of its creator.

Domaine Collet is located on the Sézanne hillside. Its 5-hectare vineyard is ethically cultivated by the ^9th generation, Florent, Vincent and Thomas. The 10 wines that now make up the range are remarkable and very well crafted. Silex et Craie, a 100% Chardonnay, is impressive in its stylistic exercise. As is the cuvée Fons Dionisii, a 2015 vintage aged in foudre and oak barrels. These champagnes can be collected, offered and treasured to celebrate special occasions.

A champagne producer for 5 generations in Étoges, Domaine Verrier & Fils is located on the slopes of Petit-Morin on the famous Côte des Blancs, and covers 5 hectares with an annual production of around 30,000 bottles. Most of the grapes are meunier. The François Fagot vineyard is located in one of the best first growths of the Montagne de Reims, and is now run by the family's son, Thierry. This small estate of about 5 hectares, half of which is planted with pinot noir, produces beautiful wines with a powerful character. The Brut Premier Cru is the signature of the house, a blend of three grape varieties, very well balanced, supple and surprisingly complex. The Brut Millésimée 2005 is also a top-of-the-range wine, predominantly pinot noir, which fully expresses the terroir of Rilly-la-Montagne.

This estate, located in the heart of Ludes-le-Coquet, a village classified as Premier Cru, is run by the Forget family, who have been working on the estate for 4 generations. What makes the difference here is the wide variety of plots. The 12-hectare vineyard is made up of a mosaic of over 60 terroirs. Thierry Forget, a trained oenologist, produces racy, authentic cuvées. Forget's cuvée Marie Forget is an extra brut, produced in 1,000 bottles a year, with a low dosage (5 g/l) that's perfect with sushi.
