This house, founded in 1879 by Mr. Amiable, was bought in 1974, with its manufacturing secrets, by the family of Anne Dutriez, your hostess. Alongside red, white and pink currant jams, you will discover a range of specialities from Lorraine: syrups, juices, local beers and wines, spices, herbal teas... And also: natural cosmetics, mead, etc.

The Rucher de la Colline de Ferdrupt offers delicious honeys harvested in Eastern France (Vosges, Haute-Saône and Alsace). All honeys are cold extracted to preserve all their qualities and flavors. The Rucher de la Colline works only in short circuit, from the producer to the consumer, to guarantee an authentic product. The mountain honey has even received a "coup de coeur" from the jury during the Vosges Terroir contest. The apiary also offers gift boxes and baskets. The home-made gingerbread is also delicious.

The Confiserie Bressaude is an institution in the Vosges landscape. Opened since 1994, the confectionery has a recognized know-how since it is one of the 15 most visited companies in France. During the visits, you will discover the artisanal manufacture of the various products, in the heart of the trade. At the end of the tour, you will go to the shop to stock up on sweets. Food lovers will be delighted to see that in addition to sweets, many other products are available such as gingerbread, chouchous or jams.

Val' é' Jean welcomes you to their farm nestled at an altitude of 575 meters in Julienrupt. Val'é'Jean are gourmet pei'zans producing delicacies such as salted butter caramel with fruits, but also fruits, flavored Guérande salt flowers, flavored teas, rums and vodkas made with their productions, saffron and many other aromatic plants. You will discover a different way of cultivation, respectful of nature. You can also see Ouessant sheep and Lorraine goats, two protected breeds.

Production is carried out by transhumance (moving the hives) to offer you a varied range of honeys (chestnut, fir, flower...). The Dronet family's beekeeping operation includes five hundred hives, all located in the Meuse. They produce acacia, lime and fir tree honey, royal jelly, nougat, gingerbread, propolis and wax. On the first floor of a charming, rustic half-timbered house, here's a store that smells just like honey! Bertschy has been a beekeeper from father to son for four generations, since 1882, and offers a wide range of Lorraine honeys and other beehive products. He has 400 hives, which migrate to different sites. Flower honey, forest honey and especially fir honey, appreciated for its therapeutic virtues (anti-anemic, antiseptic and diuretic), will replace jams and spreads. In the Volland family, we are beekeepers from father to son. The passionate Gaël Volland pays great attention to his bees and the location of the hives. You can come and taste a variety of honeys: acacia, mountain, fir, chestnut, spring, etc. He also sells jams, salted butter caramel and gingerbread cream, and products made from beeswax. A honey deposit is available at the tourist office of Raon-l'Étape.

Guy Steininger welcomes us in his shop dedicated to the products of the hive. The honeys are from Lorraine (special mention to the delicious fir tree honey from the Vosges mountains) or imported from Spain or New Zealand. Guy is able to tell us about each product, its properties and virtues. A beekeeper specializing in wax processing, he shapes and exchanges embossed wax in standard or custom formats. Ideal for starting out in beekeeping, he supplies beekeeping materials and equipment for apiary work, bee feeding, honey extraction and packaging. Professional beekeepers can also buy from him.

On his small farm, Pierre Trithardt cares for his bees with love and dedication, producing honey of exceptional quality, with proven medicinal and nutritional virtues. He sells different types of honey directly from his farm or at markets. Let him know you're coming. Delivery possible within a 15 km radius (minimum 5 jars of 500 g per delivery).

La clé des champs is an educational farm that puts the spotlight on berries, these tasty little vitamin concentrates on several hectares: currants, sloes, medlars, leeks, elderberries... Once harvested, the small fruits, flowers and plants are the main ingredients of delicious products. All year round, themed discovery visits are offered to families or groups about the farm and its environment or the making of jam with a walk in the orchards and a jar of precious sweet nectar as a gift.
