Read moreFounded in 1977, Temple d'Angkor is the first Asian restaurant opened in the Vosges. Logic that it is also best department. It was rewarded besides for the gold French baguettes for the Chinese gastronomy and Vietnamese in 1988. In this family-run restaurant, the quality of the cuisine has of equal only the kindness of the owner. In the dish, all classical Asian cuisine is found: ranges with the vapor, fried rice, Peking duck... Also, better is worth to pick in the house specialities: beef lok-lak with rice with tomato, amok (fillet of fish to the coconut milk), Chinese fondue house (on order), pot of monkfish... For sweetened flavours, in dessert, the lune cakes (with the flour of soy sauce) or the sweetened brioches (French fries with a heart with the confectioner's custard) will accompany a tea with the jasmine ideally (with true flowers inside).

Read moreWhen the doors of the Fountain of Happiness are first opened in the commercial area of Technopôle, it is surprising: large act fish in a basin around a beautiful wooded top, above which a starry sky is dotted with clouds. In this kitsch but friendly decor, the large dining room offers a buffet-style buffet (no à la carte choice): mainly Asian, with Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai specialities (nems, Cantonese rice, hot shrimp, cabbage salad…), there are nevertheless European dishes, welcome for children (green vegetables, fries, nuggets…). In the evening, sushi is also offered, and plancha cooking is possible. On the dessert side, greed remains rather traditional: ice cream, canned fruit, slice of pie, cakes. The buffet will be particularly suitable for the breakfast: It's without complex that you can regenerate, both salé and sweet.
