LE TEMPLE D'ANGKOR
Read moreFounded in 1977, Temple d'Angkor is the first Asian restaurant opened in the Vosges. Logic that it is also best department. It was rewarded besides for the gold French baguettes for the Chinese gastronomy and Vietnamese in 1988. In this family-run restaurant, the quality of the cuisine has of equal only the kindness of the owner. In the dish, all classical Asian cuisine is found: ranges with the vapor, fried rice, Peking duck... Also, better is worth to pick in the house specialities: beef lok-lak with rice with tomato, amok (fillet of fish to the coconut milk), Chinese fondue house (on order), pot of monkfish... For sweetened flavours, in dessert, the lune cakes (with the flour of soy sauce) or the sweetened brioches (French fries with a heart with the confectioner's custard) will accompany a tea with the jasmine ideally (with true flowers inside).

IPPOUDO RAMEN
Read moreJapanese atmosphere but no sushi in sight? That's normal, the specialty here is noodles! Authentic Japanese ramen with vegetables, egg, broth and a choice of nems, beef, tofu and pork toppings. So it is you who compose your meal according to your tastes. The service is fast and the portions are large, convenient for lunch break! As for the flavours, we are looking for the blend of tastes that makes Japanese cuisine unique and tasty, the whole thing is rather bland, which is a pity. The room in the colours of Japan, although rather small, offers about thirty seats and is well arranged for groups.
