ARTS MARTIAUX BOURTZWILLER

Children aged 6 and over can take up judo, taekwondo from age 7, nunchaku from age 10 and other disciplines from age 12: kid boxing, Thai boxing, taekwondo (Korean karate), all-round combat, self-defence, sambo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and tïso, a form of gymnastics that's perfect for everyone, as it helps to maintain the body and flexibility thanks to the basics of judo, self-defence and body-band. Trial sessions are available for less than €10.
