In the bins there are all sorts of wools: soft, classic, twisted, multicoloured or even glittery. All colours and textures are present. Anaïs is a passionate self-taught artist who creates mugs, bowls, plates and teapots. She welcomes you by appointment to her workspace to show you how her ceramics are made, or to take part in a three-hour workshop where you can make your own tableware. This is enough time to create 2-3 ceramic pieces. Participants enjoy both the manual work and the soothing effect it brings: the concentration and pleasure of modeling clay is a relaxing experience.

A leading and renowned dance school in the Colmar region. Cathy Wroblewski started classical dance under the eyes of her mother Coco Wroblewski (founder of the school) at the age of 6. After a classical training, Cathy was introduced to modern jazz with Matt Mattox (world-renowned dancer, choreographer and teacher) at the Jazz'Art school in Paris. In 2006, the Strasbourg Conservatoire, founded in 1855, moved to the Cité de la Musique et de la Danse. This renowned school trains musicians, dancers, choreographers and actors. Since 1990, the association Graine de Cirque has been keeping alive the practice and the passion for circus arts in Alsace. Under its big top installed in the Jardin des Deux Rives, next to the equestrian club, the circus school trains the widest possible audience in a few selected disciplines: juggling, balance on objects, aerial, acrobatics... Open to children from three years old in duo with a parent or from four years old alone, it is possible to practise throughout the year to learn a particular discipline as well as to register for one of the multidisciplinary courses organised during the holidays. Every end of the year, a week of shows is organized.

Kwi-Ka is an association offering contemporary African dance, samba and zumba classes. The classes are led by Katia Matar, an adventurous choreographer trained in New York and Paris, whose motto is the blending of cultures, tradition and creation. Although the association is based in the station area, classes take place on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Foyer Sainte-Madeleine (1B, rue du Fossé des Orphelins) or at Cardek (place des Orphelins, Strasbourg).

In the heart of Colmar city center, in a friendly and warm atmosphere, Anne-Cécile Écochard, a graduate plastician of Besançon's Fine Arts, welcomes small and large artists all levels! For younger people, 4 years old: discovery of shapes, colors and harmonies through drawing, painting and modeling. For teenagers: approach to plastic arts techniques (mixed and graphic), introduction to perspective, observation drawing, volume, modeling and presentation of the file for the plastic arts option at baccalaureate and preparation for entry competitions in art school. For adults, Anne-Cécile offers them initiations to different techniques (fusans, graphites, blood, art chalk…), to modeling (clay) and to oil or acrylic painting. In mid-June, a few steps from the Artistic Workshop, at Domaine Martin Jung, the students' work is gathered together with the unconcealed pride of seeing their masterpieces. During school holidays, Anne-Cécile organizes courses for children and teenagers taking place on 3 or 5 days depending on the formulas, around an artist (Hockney, Chagall…) or an original theme (Alice in Wonderland, folk animals…). For adults, many workshops complement the courses on an ad hoc basis (artwork, textile painting, etc.). And for a successful birthday party, the art workshop moves to your home to animate a full session and create beautiful memories.

For over 50 years, Yamaha has been developing music teaching methods adapted to young children, teenagers and adults. The courses are offered through Yamaha Music Schools, a network currently boasting over 6,000 locations worldwide. Inaugurated in September 2015 and directed by Jean-Michel Durand, the Yamaha Music School in Colmar is the only one of its kind in the Grand Est region. It offers "Junior Music Courses" for children (aged 3 to 12), taking into account their physiological and emotional development, "Popular Courses" for adults and teenagers, not forgetting play-based group lessons. Group and individual lessons (voice, guitar, piano and keyboard arranger) are provided by a team of teachers selected by audition and trained according to the YMS method.
