At the heart of a family winegrowing tradition spanning eight generations, Thibauld Denizot now heads an 18.5-hectare estate of vines, mainly located on the famous caillottes de Sancerre. The estate comprises 75% Sauvignon Blanc vines, used to produce white Sancerre, and 25% Pinot Noir vines, used to produce red and rosé Sancerre. The estate is characterized by a deep respect for the vines and soils, and adopts a low-intervention approach in the cellar.
