This winery, located in Sury-en-Vaux, is well worth a visit. Certified High Environmental Value (HVE) since 2015, it perpetuates ancestral know-how handed down through thirteen generations. With its quality vines grown in the Sancerrois vineyards, this family-run estate produces exceptional wines, including Sancerre Les Godons, an elegant, fruity white, and Sancerre Apud Sariacum, available in white, rosé and red, offering a palette of delicate flavors. The house also offers Pouilly-Fumé Les Lumeaux, Pouilly-Fumé Mosaïque and Coteaux-du-Giennois, wines reflecting the diversity and depth of the terroir. A visit to this estate will enable you to discover the Raimbault family's passion for wine and learn more about the work of artisan winemakers. You'll explore the winery to learn about winemaking techniques. To complete your oenological experience, the winery also invites you to taste its wines with their subtle aromas. These will be accompanied by crottins de Chavignol, the region's emblematic cheese, for a sensory journey around local flavors. Guided tours are available in French and English. A must for wine lovers!

Sauvignon for the white, Pinot Noir for the red and rosé. Sury-en-Vaux, with its rich historical past, was called Sury-en-Vaux in the 12th century. This cuvée is a blend of several parcels located around the village.
