We came from Australia to taste wines from this region. We only had time for one vineyard and were so glad we chose this one after the many positive reviews. A refreshing change where you are not charged for tasting, even in Australia, it has now become common place. The lady let my husband taste 8 wines. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my basic French. There is a wine guide in English too. The wines were all good, and of course, we left with 2 bottles of the oak aged 2022 Les Chasseignes Sancerre. Highly recommended. Oh and they also have a collection of genuine fossils they found in the soil! How cool is that?!! Merci beaucoup !

Very much enjoyed the wine tasting hosted by Perrine. The weather allowed us to have it outside in the vineyard! Perrine was very knowledgeable we learnt a lot, plus she’s a lovely person! Would highly recommend.

One of the best Raimbaults (several but not related ???? in Sury en Vaux). Home of the excellent Les Godons and Les Chasseignes blanc Sancerres. Friendly and knowledgeable degustation assistant. Myriad fossil ammonites on display on the winding stair to the cave and tasting room.
