LA FLEUR DE SEL

Crperie €€
4/5
1 review

A stone's throw from the Palais d'Auron, which is sensitive to artisanal authenticity, this walk is the new hallmark of the Barbès district. Behind his bilig, Céline Pouillard manufactures delicious buckwheat pancakes - also known as patties - from a Farine tradition purchased at two steps. No mystery, you need quality ingredients to succeed in the best recipes, so know-how creates excellence. For this reason, there are rarely surprises, quality is constant. Pancakes are always well cooked and well furnished. On the menu: salmon cake with its leeks of leeks, galette galette au with a green salad for nuts. Sweet pancakes play the warm-cold trend with creamy caramelized apples and house glace. Our gourmands also have their menu that they enjoy without restraint. The service is pleasant and the decoration in the colours of the green anis and light brown house lends itself with taste to wooden furniture.

In this historic street of Bourges, where a sweet perfume of yesteryear is liberated, you will not miss Walk des Remparts. Its ocean blue facade invites you to make a stopover inside the time of a family lunch or a dinner between friends. From the very first rays of sunshine, the regulars returned to the outside yard to taste the specialities that make the reputation of the place such as Berry Landes, a buckwheat cake topped with smoked duck breasts, goat, cream and fig jam, or Escargotine based on snails and garlic cream, parsley and almonds. Special mention at the Marais Galette: You will have the pleasure of tasting a buckwheat cake (and not a spoonful of wheat, which makes it possible for gluten allergy) with mushrooms, onions, artichokes and asparagus on an dried tomato conflict. The choice is wide, from the most classic to the most subtle, everyone finds its account. This family walk offers a child menu at 6 € and proof that our dear babies are welcome, a few children's books are available on the shelves. Between Snipe, a throne on the chimney, the fishing nets attached to the beams and the proposed glass of chouchen, it is a beautiful Breton stopover that you will do in the Berry!

LE SAVOYARD

Savoyard restaurant €€

Oh, the total change by pushing the doors of this rustic and warm restaurant! The impression of being in skiing, in a chalet mountain-museum: wooden decor, old hooves and skates, grôles and bête skins. It is difficult to resist the appeal of the Savoyard fondue (twenty different: smoke, aux, mustard to old… and even champagne) to accompany with a glass of Apremont or mondeuse. Le Petit Smart chose to bend it to the bilberries of the mountains to open the appetite (very tasty) and diots (smoked sausages lusatian to red wine) while his son tranquillement tranquillement two beautiful hot entries: Terre mashed potatoes (hum!), tartiflette and crepe with sugar… À la carte, the Matafan (these big pancakes and cheese), the Burgundian fondue and traditional rot (which can generously feed one or two people to choose). Prices are very soft, except for hearty hot entrances. The dessert card is wide: ice cuts, pancakes and cakes. Still need to have enough appetite! Bravo for the welcome of children (5,50 € the base for switches), the high chairs and the changing table and the beautiful space of amenities behind the dining room, hyperpropre! A real good time.
