These patissiers-chocolatiers rival each other in inventiveness with creations that are as delicious as they are surprising. Their Grain d'Or, a chocolate with Monbazillac, and Croquinoix, a flaky praline, are delights to be discovered. Le Pavé de Bergerac, a tribute to the town, is a gourmet blend of nougatine, crunchy praline, dark chocolate and brown sugar, evoking the town's cobblestones and medieval architecture. For the bread, the house uses quality flour, some of it organic, and a natural leaven with no preservatives. Authenticity in every bite!
