Born in a family related to Cyrano de Bergerac, Antoine de Corbiac joined her mother Theresa on the exploitation. It represents the seventeenth generation on the field. This graduate in economic science and a third cycle in economic intelligence, has worked abroad in the distribution of wines and spirits and then in the new information technologies. In the field it combines qualitative know-how with a reasonable wine growing and traditional winemaking. It produces wines that are highly valued and award-winning by professionals and highly appreciated by lovers of sinking.

This cellar master first rented out the Château du Rooy before buying back the buildings and the red and rosé Bergerac plots of land, while keeping the Pécharmant plots for rent. His trick: the production of rosette, a confidential wine that is mellow, fruity and light at the same time. The range of wines is divided between Bergerac red, dry and rosé and a speciality called the Rosette. This wine, hand-picked, vinified and matured in oak barrels, received the gold medal at the Concours Régional de Paris.

Its wine gets all its character from its hillside location and from its special subsoil, whose mother rock, called "Tran", is a limestone dating from the Mesozoic era and rich in iron. The estate produces a dry red wine labelled AOC and AOP Pécharmant, which falls into the category of still wine. It has been planted since 1975 on 6 hectares with black grape varieties identical to those of the Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon as well as Merlot.

Their referencing is based on a displayed passion for tasting and the desire to share these discoveries. Bergerac wines are of course put in the first line, but other wines from French winemakers can also be found. They have also unearthed a single malt whisky made in Périgord, the Lascaw 12 years old, aged in barrels that have contained truffle alcohol.
