After a complete renovation, the Dordonha and Costi Museum can now be visited in Bergerac. Definitive reopening in June 2023.

Costi (who died in 2004) decided to donate all of his works to the city of Bergerac, with the task of finding a permanent exhibition space open to the public. The two cellars of the Saint-Jacques Presbytery were chosen. Specialized lighting and a special layout offers a walk through the artist's sculptures. Visitors can stop and walk around the work to discover all its facets. The second cellar shows a portrait gallery, with the sound of a fountain running through the walls of the museum.

Opening time and information on MUSÉE COSTI

Open all year round. Closed: 1 May, 25 December and 1 January. Low season: Wednesdays from 10am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 6pm. High season: Tuesday to Friday from 10.30am to 6pm; weekends and public holidays from 2pm to 6pm. On the first Sunday of each month from 14h to 18h, the rest of the year by contacting the Tobacco Museum. Free of charge.
