Established in 2021, Gaël Pâtisserie has built up an excellent reputation in Vitré. The little store offers soft, gourmet, hand-crafted cookies. You'll also find brookies (mixtures of brownies and cookies). And they're all made in the workshop just 10 minutes from Vitré! We love the caramel & buckwheat brownie, or the citrus brownie. Serve with homemade lemonade, chocolate cookie-flavored iced latte macchiato or ice cream with cookie toppings. Addictive. And the store now has a little sister in Laval.

Owner's Message
Gaël, 20 years old: Trained at the hotel school of La Guerche de Bretagne in cooking, then at Hélène Darroze's for 1 year of alternation in pastry making at the Ferrandi school in Paris.
Louis, 20 years old: Also trained at the hotel school of La Guerche de Bretagne in cooking and then left for a year in Canada to continue his studies.
Two partners, two best friends, one goal
Since the beginning of our studies, we wanted to set up our little business together!
It's thanks to Covid (yes, you read that right!) that we were able to start up so quickly. The fact that we were staying at home motivated us to take the plunge!
We are proud and happy to have launched our business and we look forward to seeing you regularly for more news!

Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur un cookie pas assez cuit, la pate encore cru a son creu.
Cependant, ils sont bons bien que tres sucrés ( milka et daim, sans doute le chocolat qui a donné ce goût de sucre trop fort ! ) !
