Behind the name Gaël Pâtisserie, Louis and his team have come up with a collection of soft, gourmet, artisanal cookies. Made in their Saint-Didier workshop, 15 minutes from Vitré, the recipes are all a sinful indulgence. You'll melt at the peanut butter heart, the homemade spread or the citrus fruit with marmalade made in Saint-Malo. The Vitré boutique also offers hot chocolates, homemade lemonades and ice creams with cookie toppings. Addictive.

Owner's Message
Gaël, 20 years old: Trained at the hotel school of La Guerche de Bretagne in cooking, then at Hélène Darroze's for 1 year of alternation in pastry making at the Ferrandi school in Paris.
Louis, 20 years old: Also trained at the hotel school of La Guerche de Bretagne in cooking and then left for a year in Canada to continue his studies.

Since the beginning of our studies, we wanted to set up our little business together!
It's thanks to Covid (yes, you read that right!) that we were able to start up so quickly. The fact that we were staying at home motivated us to take the plunge!
