Former basketball player Guillaume Mérie has moved into an atypical location. After two years of renovation, he has opened his coffee shop in the Embas tower! This coffee and patisserie enthusiast focuses on organic, ultra-short circuits and homemade products. This particularly cosy space, with its old stone walls and exposed beams, is the perfect place to enjoy a gourmet coffee, a pastry, a hot dog or even a raclette bowl, a creation for the end of 2023!
