Read moreL'Atelier de la Crêpe was born under the impulse of Bertrand Larcher, owner of Breizh Café and ambassador of the Breton crepe and galette in Paris and Japan, for restaurant professionals or people in retraining. If you wish to learn how to make galettes on a bilig (electric galetière), discovery workshops of 4 hours are proposed, organized every Saturday. From the making of the dough to the crepe maker's trick, you will become an expert and will leave with a diploma and a small gift from the team.
