On his desk, you will find a letter to his heirs in which he indicates the location where he hid part of his fortune. The places imagined by the company Skêné Décor, author also of the decoration of the Saint-Patrick or of the Maison de la Marine in Cancale, make an effect and plunge you out of time. An old church pulpit, books everywhere, a hidden gallery (which leads to the toilets), a fresco: the decoration is out of the ordinary and we dive into a unique evening as we like them. It's one of the 200 most beautiful cafés in the world, and for good reason! L'Escalier is the place to be for students from Saint Malo. It owes its name to its large central staircase and has three spaces: the large room, the studio and the terrace. Located in the Rocabey district, a few minutes from the Sillon beach, Le Vauban remains the only cinema in the corsair city. It has five rooms accessible to disabled people. If the Vauban 1 (Rocabey) broadcasts the big productions and other general public films, on the other hand, the Vauban 2, located in the Grande Passerelle, is committed to offering an author's cinema and a more specialized program with notably some art house productions. The three theaters of Vauban 2 are part of the cultural center La Grande Passerelle.
