Yodẽn, aka Angélique Monnier, has a taste for iodine. Passionate about fine seafood, she offers catering services throughout Brittany for weddings, family meals or simply as a home chef. Her work has been hailed by Thierry Marx! Her oak oyster bar offers a new way to enjoy oysters: with magnolia vinegar and soy milk foam, barbecued with chilli and whisky, or with red onion pickles. She also offers spreads based on seaweed or vegetables, such as this delicious Paimpol coconut hummus, fresh herb pesto and edible flowers. A high-flying taste experience.
