Le Coq-Gadby is developing its catering service outside the company, offering ever more personalized services and showcasing its expertise at some of the region's most exceptional venues. For weddings, seminars or special events, the chef and his team can suggest cocktails, dishes and pairings to suit the event and the season. Among our preferred partners are Château de Combourg, Château de Josselin, Château des Pères, Domaine de Montmarin, Château de Montmuran and Château de la Bourbansais. It's no coincidence, then, that the company's catering services were on hand at the FRAC, or for the opening of the latest Frères Bouroullec exhibition at the Champs Libres.

Here, we opt for buffets bursting with vitality and freshness, free of chemical inputs and rich in health! Everything is prepared with precision and refinement. The fruit and vegetables come from local farms just outside Rennes that respect the life of the soil, the spices from La Cale aux épices... A great deal of creativity that never ceases to reinvent itself. A pretty name that, in less than a year, has seduced many Breton companies. Our favorite: the citrus, pistachio and pomegranate cheesebomb... A marvel!

Yodẽn, aka Angélique Monnier, has a taste for iodine. Passionate about fine seafood, she offers catering services throughout Brittany. Her work has been hailed by Thierry Marx! Her oak oyster bar offers a new way to enjoy oysters: with magnolia vinegar and soy milk foam, barbecued with chilli and whisky, or with red onion pickles. She also offers spreads based on seaweed or vegetables, like this delicious Paimpol coconut hummus, fresh herb pesto and edible flowers. We also like the suggestions for visits with oyster farmers and tastings. A top-flight taste experience!
