Sylvain Bessierre was awarded the Grand Prix of Honour with Gold Medal in March 2006 for his black boudin bowl to the flavour of the orchard.

Nous avons choisi monsieur Bessierre comme traiteur pour notre vin d'honneur et repas de mariage. C'était parfait, il a été à notre écoute du début jusqu'à la fin. Très honnête et franc, il a pris le temps de nous écouter et de nous conseiller dans le choix des plats. Pendant la soirée de mariage, monsieur Bessierre et ses serveuses sont restés attentifs et disponibles et ont su assurer un service impeccable. Le repas était très bon. Je recommande à 100%.
