Domaine Stentz in Wettolsheim: organic wines since 1984, Grands Crus, Pinot Noir without sulfites and exceptional cuvées to discover.
In Wettolsheim, the Stentz family has been cultivating vines since 1674. A pioneer in organic winegrowing since 1984, they nurture their 10 hectares, including the prestigious Grands Crus Mandelberg and Steingrübler, according to a philosophy that revitalizes the soil and respects nature. Four ranges, a thousand emotions: Cuvées de Terroirs, Millésimées, Vendanges Tardives and Grains Nobles, not forgetting elegant Crémants. Our absolute favorite: Rosenberg Pinot Noir, an intense red wine with no added sulfites and a strong character. A house of history... and winegrowing audacity.
