Domaine Schaffhaeuser in Wettolsheim: organic Alsace wines, Grands Crus, crémants and exceptional hand-harvested cuvées.

The Schaffhaeuser family cultivates 11 hectares of vines, some of which are on the terroirs of the Grands Crus Hengst and Steingrubler. The estate practices integrated farming. Most of the vinification is done in stainless steel tanks. The harvest is 100% manual, the grapes are pressed whole and the wines are aged on fine lees. The domain vinifies the whole range of Alsace wines. Beautiful Crémant Émotion Brut, racy Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives 2015, deep Pinot Noir Réserve 2022.
