In Wettolsheim, three friends have joined forces to create Boum'R, a microbrewery as sparkling as it is authentic. Pierre, Éric and Max - the proud "hattaboum'r" of the area - brew artisanal beers that click in the mouth and in identity. Whether it's a Blonde with an Alsatian cap, a Pale Ale in homage to Liberty, an Exotic IPA with a taste for travel, or the Hop Pils Chinook Amarillo, the latest addition to their line-up, each bottle is a nod to their terroir... and to their spirit of madness.
