A pleasant village of about 3,500 inhabitants, Elliant is endowed with a landscape marked by the imprint of the Jet Valley, the tumultuous river that flows through the town. Located in the historical heart of the village, you can also admire the terraced gardens of the presbytery and the church of St Gilles has the highest bell tower in Cornouaille, where many bats live. Otherwise, Elliant reveals to visitors other remarkable sites such as the Cosquer Ven menhir (classified as a Historic Monument and dating from the Neolithic period), the dolmen of Keringard, but also several chapels, including that of Treanna which dates from the late 15th century.
