J’ai raté le car qui allait à Rosporden à cause d’un mauvais horaire donné par la SNCF et donc raté ma correspondance de train pour Paris. La fille de l’accueil a été extrêmement rassurante et m’a donné des alternatives pour soit un taxi soit un bus pour me rendre sur une autre gare TGV, j’ai finalement pu échanger mon billet sans frais et je me suis sentie super soutenue dans ce moment de grand stress. Merci encore !
