At the heart of this temple of coffee, you'll find a roasting area that opens its doors for tasting workshops, a tea room and a delicatessen. In 2024, Florent Illien, the on-site roaster, won the title of best regional espresso with Blend Bakela. A blend of Colombian, Ecuadorian and Rwandan coffees, with an initial attack of red fruits and a subtle taste of chocolate. Divine!
