Welcome to an atypical address, where Maï-Line and her smile, welcome you all year round to offer delicious teas and hot chocolates accompanied by addictive pastries, a dish of the day for lunch and brunch on weekends. Open since 2018, the place is now part of the soul of the Recouvrance district and part of the great collective energy that drives its shopkeepers. With its cosy decor, you'll soon feel right at home, with books perched here and there to catch your eye. Of course, the hardest part will be leaving. So stay a little longer. Before you leave, don't forget to ask where the name of the restaurant comes from!

Charmant petit salon de thé, face au pont de Recouvrance. L'accueil est chaleureux et le chocolat chaud succulent.

It was the first coffee place I visited when I arrived in Brest, and it has become one of my favorite spots ever since. The cakes and coffees here are simply exceptional. The taste of their cakes is unforgettable – truly one-of-a-kind and impossible to find elsewhere.
The owner speaks excellent English, which makes the experience even more welcoming for non-French speakers. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and genuinely make you feel at home. I’ve been to this café more than seven times, and each visit has been consistently delightful.
One of the standout features is the constant aroma of freshly baked cakes filling the air, which adds a warm and inviting touch. Their Pomkine coffee is a must-try – it’s a unique flavor that I’ve never encountered before, and it quickly became one of my favorites.
This place is full of positive vibes for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great coffee, incredible cakes, and a cozy atmosphere in Brest.
