Les Gâteuses is the story of two long-time friends who share a dream: to open a business together. And to our delight, it's a tearoom offering some of the best cakes in Brest. The tea and coffee are excellent, but that's not all: at lunchtime, Margaux and Marie prepare a choice of two delicious dishes, one of which is vegetarian. In a cosy atmosphere, everything has been thought of to ensure that you have a lovely moment of indulgence and relaxation. Open since 2018, the place is now part of the soul of the Recouvrance district and part of the great collective energy that drives its shopkeepers. The Temple of the Pharaoh is a little bit of the East in the heart of Brest. Mamdouh Ibrahim's tea room is a welcoming and warm place, just like its Egyptian owner. Let yourself be tempted by the many organic teas flavoured in front of you with fresh products (mint, hibiscus, orange, cinnamon, etc.) or by fresh fruit cocktails. To accompany your drink, don't miss a good Middle Eastern pastry. You can also taste the dishes, which are homemade and organic, such as sausage rougail, for example. You can even order a custom-made dish. And to entertain you, the Temple of the Pharaoh offers various chess sets, cards, etc. and organizes every Saturday or Friday evening world dance shows (oriental, Bollywood, etc.). L'échappée belle invites you to take a quiet, gourmet break. Here, you can sit back in comfortable armchairs and revisit the world over a hot drink and homemade cake. Tea lovers can choose from a vast selection: exceptional grands crus rub shoulders with specialities from China and Japan, as well as flowery, fruity teas and revisited classics. And when it comes to chocolates, you'll salivate at the dozen or so recipes on offer! The tea room also offers light meals at lunchtime and brunch on Sundays.

Brest's first bubble tea bar, Nara takes its name from this Japanese town known for being home to over a thousand deer, which live there in total freedom. The animal has been chosen as the emblem of this new address, decorated in soft pink hues and cherry blossoms. Visitors come here to enjoy the famous tea-based beverage, available in several flavors, including the classic brown sugar latte with tapioca pearls.
