Gérald, three-time world champion windsurfer, is passionate about the maritime world and beer brewing. So it was only natural that he should set up his brewery on the quayside of Brest's marina. The first beer brewed, a light blond, is, as will be the following beers, artisanal and organic. As for the brewery's partners, they are local and supportive.
