Looking for a nice little address where you can eat in the city center? Translate into Breton and arrive at the Kreiz Ker (which means downtown in Breton, we help you!). In front of the cathedral, this restaurant-pancake restaurant in a large area decorated with taste thanks to the help of an architect. On the courtyard or garden, or on the terrace, you will be offered a menu on slate from the entrance. Place à la carte for meat, mussels, omelets, tartins, salads, ice cream or pancakes and pancakes! Mussels are classically present, marinated or cream, or, less common, roquefort, curry or Caribbean. The tartins are Italian, Brittany or Savoy and the Nordic, Dutch or peasant salads. Futé enjoyed the good cakes (the Trégoroise with the stud of Guéled and mustard to the old) and crispy pancakes (honey-nuts is delicious!) All vegetables are organic. In the bistro kitchen, the nearby duck confit with the hearty house sauce or ham mustard sauce. The service is dynamic and very pleasant.
1) la galette est industrielle (pour une "crêperie" !) directement sortie de l'emballage : complètement sèche et pliée en long, avec la consistance d'un biscuit : impossibilité à couper au couteau....
Cette galette nous est servie avec les ingrédients qui font que c'est une galette du pêcheur MAIS :
2) Les 4 langoustines avaient toutes un méchant goût d'ammoniac.... donc loin d'être fraîches et dangereux pour personnes fragiles.

4 ) le fameux trait marron de sauce vinaigrette industrielle sur les 4 feuilles de salade d'accompagnement...
5 ) bon du coup on n'a pas pris de dessert : 13 € la "crêpe" normande !
Enfin une crêperie de qualité et avec des crêpes recettes insolites, typish et des desserts bretons voir innovant, je recommande vivement er rapport qualité prix parfait !
