Very close to Saint-Tugdual Cathedral, you will miss something by not making a stopover rue Saint-Yves at the Auberge du Trégor. This establishment, with its friendly atmosphere and warm welcome, will fill the lovers of local cuisine. Here, we cook ultra-fresh and dishes are prepared with great thoroughness. To start your meal, you can opt for a homemade liver liver or goat salad, then you will continue with a delicious cod gratin or with a coiled duck thigh. Let's hope that you have a place for dessert, so that you don't go away without having tasted the famous apple farz, served warm, with its caramel sauce (the specialty of the house, claimed by the accents) or creamy chocolate chocolate (gluten-free). And since you can't taste everything and the card changes twice a year, you'll think when you leave that you'll have to come back regularly.
Service : les deux serveuses sont polies. Il n'y a pas vraiment de "chaleur" dans le service mais nous n'avons manqué de rien. Chacun fait son travail, le client mange.
Ambiance : je suis navrée de ne pouvoir mettre qu'une étoile. Elle est là pour souligner la présence d'une musique de fond.
J'aurais aimé retrouver le climat d'une auberge et quelques sourires supplémentaires pour passer un moment dans un endroit plus chaleureux.
