Gastronomic restaurant in a marine atmosphere which proposes a seasonal menu combining products of the sea and the earth
Facing the marina, this gourmet restaurant and 4-star hotel was renovated in 2021, and decorated in a revisited marine atmosphere, with original lighting fixtures. Chef Stanislas Laisney plays on creativity, offering a seasonal menu that boldly blends seafood and local produce: monkfish and shoulder of lamb confit with Paimpol coconuts and plums, pork with broccoli, watermelon and anchovies... The hotel offers 47 rooms, an indoor swimming pool and a renovated private spa with whirlpool baths, sauna and sensory shower.

Très bon accueil, très bonne table, un buffet petit déjeuné exceptionnel, le service en chambre est impeccable ,que de bons moments en se lieu ou nous passons nos vacances depuis une dizaine année. Un grand merci à la famille Chaumet et a son personnel .

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont biens, les lits confortables. La dalle de bain un peu exiguë.

Nous ne sommes pas clients de l'hôtel, mais avons mangé dans leur très bon restaurant. Aucune fausse note, nous avons été servis très chaleureusement et généreusement. Le repas était parfait, merci encore.
