Restaurant of very good value for money proposing a fine cuisine of bistrot type in Saint-Brieuc.

Well established in the Brioche landscape, l'Air du Temps took up residence in 2021 in an elegant granite building. A beautiful Art Deco setting, decorated with green touches and light woodwork that create a warm and lively atmosphere. On the plate, the recipe remains the same: the establishment, which offers very good value for money, proposes a fine bistro-style cuisine, based on fresh products, usually local, served in a casserole. The menu changes with the seasons. Numerous wine references.

Bon cadeau offert depuis l'Isère à nos parents : le propriétaire a été très arrangeant. Les plats étaient savoureux, bien élaborés, avec d'excellents produits locaux. Nos parents ont passé un excellent moment. Merci pour tout !

Nous nous sommes régalés avec la cocotte de coquilles saint jacques et son délicieux risotto, et la cocotte de civet de cerf. Savennieres pour accompagner très bien. Suggestion d'amélioration : pour l'assortiment de glaces, proposer au préalable le choix pour éviter des parfums moins appréciés comme celui au café. Merci pour le service

Un agréable moment passé dans ce restaurant à la jolie déco. Belle carte de vins. De beaux et bon plat. Un petit bémol peut-être... l'exiguité et la sonorité. Sinon on y a très bien mangé une cocotte avec St Jacques.
