Located in a house in old Saint-Brieuc with a remarkable cachet, Le Complice serves bistronomic cuisine. Both creative and committed, the cuisine showcases products from local producers such as Ferme des vergers, which raises free-range Western white pigs. Each product is often presented in 2 or 3 variations, allowing diners to discover different approaches. Chef David Da Silva (a former disciple of Marc Meneau) makes regular appearances in the dining room to explain one of his dishes. A must-try!

Très belle découverte. Le restaurant Le Complice est un lieu apaisant, où on peut déguster des plats savoureux loin des standards de la cuisine traditionnelle. La patronne nous accueille très aimablement. Les toutous sont les bienvenus. Il nous tarde de revenir.
