This establishment has a vast and pleasant terrace, in the shade of tall maritime pines, where it is good to sip a cocktail while nibbling on some tapas, unless you prefer the lounge area, inside. On the restaurant side, the short menu lines up beautiful, refined and well executed proposals, such as this black risotto and apple bar with coconut milk emulsion. A delight!

Une cuisine pleine de saveurs et d’émotions culinaires exceptionnelles! Une très belle découverte au Val André et une chance inouïe pour les valandréens dans un cadre très chaleureux et cosy design. Bravo à toute l’équipe de L’Amiral Gardner????????????

L'Amiral Garden un restaurant bistonomique situé dans un environnement agréable sur la digue du Val-André. Le menu du marché un bon rapport qualité-prix proposant une cuisine gourmande bien présentée et travaillée avec des produits de saison. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine faite maison du chef Antony Hamon nous nous sommes régalés. Le personnel est sympathique dans une ambiance décontractée. Nous avons fait une belle découverte et nous reviendrons pour goûter d'autres spécialités.
