Alain Pottier, hotelier and craftsman master chef, welcome you in a vaulted room whose century-old walls evoke the sea and its history. He is inspired by the seasons and the soil to create a gourmet and generous cuisine, for both classic and original dishes: fresh homemade foie gras, oysters in three flavours, tuna verrine cooked in Tahiti style, Norman bar fillet, pastry of scallops with ginger and crunchy vegetables. It can accommodates groups because the dining room is spacious.
