This bouchot mussel producer offers a complete seafood experience: first you can buy all kinds of shellfish in the shop in front of the mussel shed. You can even sit down for a tasting, on the terrace or in the room, which offers a beautiful view of the Jospinet hold. Finally, the Iodized Basket offers guided tours in the heart of the bouchots. You will discover the history of mussel cultivation in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and the working methods of the mussel farmers.

Ce vendredi de septembre, nous sommes venus en groupe, ayant pris rendez-vous malheureusement tous déçus, les moules n'étaient pas bien cuites, les frites étaient molles, le prix était trop cher pour le plus gros producteur de moules Jospinet. Aucun geste n'a été fait, à part le café offert pour les 5 qui l'avait pris. Je ne recommande pas.

Moules frites excellentes avant une visite des bouchots pour appréhender le dur métier des mytilicuteurs qui nous offrent des moules de qualité. Merci aussi à Etienne pour la passion de son métier qu’il nous fait découvrir avec beaucoup de bienveillance..
