Original restaurant offering medieval recipes revisited in Moncontour.

This original restaurant will take you back to the Middle Ages! It features medieval revisited recipes (fresh herb and vegetable soup, white poultry brouet or beef cheek with rosemary), as well as burgers and tartines. All made with local produce. The house also serves aperitifs with ancient names and flavors, including the famous hypocras. To prolong the experience, you can even don period tunics, sewn by a renowned costume designer. When the weather's fine, the covered terrace lets you enjoy lunch in the open air.

L'un des meilleurs repas du midi que j'ai eu depuis un moment. La nourriture était excellente, tout comme le service. Nous avons vraiment aimé. J'espère que nous reviendrons bientôt.
