This young company from Lannon has developed a range of seafood rillettes that we like to spread as an aperitif or for lunch on the go. The recipes are prepared by Olivier Goarin, a renowned chef, who is committed to working with the region's delicious products. Fish - hake, red mullet, mackerel, skate wing, monkfish - mingle with citrus fruits and spices to reveal fresh recipes. The cannery also offers jams and caramel creams with salted churn butter. The shop is open to the public on Fridays, but the online shop allows you to order quickly. It should be noted that the products are cooked without gluten, additives and preservatives and can be stored at room temperature.
