By consulting the map, there is a great diversity in how to prepare it. Usually it accompanies meat or fish, here is the opposite! For example, you can taste the morue of cod, the purée of which is the essential element, or choose in Pom's in the oven from the Landes to raw ham, whole duck of whole duck, smoked magret, toasted bread flakes, apple and herbs sauce. Of course, desserts escape the principle, no potatoes in the perfect ice or Banana Split!
