The Kalypso, named after the sea nymph, is now replacing the Lolly Papaye on the seafront. Tanguy Thomassin, known for his new generation oyster bar, the Oyster Club in Dinard, and Adèle Grumberger offer a selection of exceptionally delicate seafood and local products, such as bluefin tuna sashimi, trendy snack dishes such as chicken tacos with spicy mayonnaise, or seafood served in all simplicity!
