Committed to reducing waste, they source locally and offer a reduced menu, with a sandwich, a few dishes, a grilled fish and a meat dish each day, not forgetting the waffles made with local organic buckwheat flour. As for drinks, fans of American sodas may be disappointed before they've tasted the succulent homemade lemonades!

Nous avons goûté à la cuisine de l'équipe en mode traiteur lors d'un mariage. C'était exceptionnel. Des produits goutus et parfaitement cuisinés, variés. Et le service était super. Bravo.
