In the centre of town, opposite the cinema, this renowned establishment offers traditional bistro cuisine, using fresh produce and sublimated by the chef Thomas Monfort, a former starred restaurant. The menu changes with the seasons, but there is always a bit of tripe and, on the starters side, the unmissable langoustine sausage with crab meat and pig's trotters with ravigote sauce. Under its cathedral ceiling, the room is warm and elegant, with its modern decoration, its light woodwork and its stone wall pierced with brick vaults.
