Dedicated on May 22nd, 1835, this church was built on the site of an old chapel. The cult was transferred from the Saint-Gilles church to the Notre-Dame de la Fosse church (the Notre-Dame de la Fosse statue dates back to the seventeenth century). The church was completed in 1826 by master builder Joseph Le Clair meanwhile the tower and the porch were built in 1892 according to Théodore Maignan the architect’s plan.
