Here, opposite the Hôtel-Dieu, you'll find wines from the Tonnerrois region (Tonnerre or Epineuil), Chablisien, crémants and ratafia. You'll also find duck, trout and mushroom terrines, as well as an assortment of jams and cakes. But this delicatessen is also a restaurant offering tasty cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce, including Burgundian favourites.
