Managed by the new generation of the family, this 50 ha estate produces wines expressing the richness of a mosaic of terroirs. To taste: a late harvest gewurztraminer with notes of violet and exotic aromas or the Pinot noir aged in barrels. the estate also offers self-guided wine tours as well as rides in a gyro-pod or a small train in the village, followed by a night in one of the 4 guest rooms of the estate. A small store offers you the opportunity to leave with the wines of the domain and small regional gifts.

The vines of this 6 ha estate are located on a granite terroir (notably that of the Grand Cru Frankstein), whose geological homogeneity is rare in the region. Florian Beck-Hartweg practices organic viticulture (AB certification) to preserve a soil full of life and well aerated, thus nourishing well-balanced vines giving healthy and concentrated grapes. Florian also maintains wild hedges along the edge of the vines with rosehips, hazelnut trees, chestnut trees, blackthorns and other brambles. The grapes are harvested by hand at the best moment of their maturity to obtain fruity and concentrated wines. A visit will allow you to taste the good wines of the domain in the cellar fitted out within a charming half-timbered house. Pinot gris Blettig Cuvée de l'Ours, riesling Grand Cru Frankstein, pinot noir "F", gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives: here are some beautiful vintages that are worth the trip! Note also that Florian produces some natural wines that are worth a visit, notably the well-named "Tout Naturellement", a nice blend of auxerrois, pinot blanc and sylvaner made without sulfites, without any input and without filtration.

Managed by the brothers Stéphane and Christophe Mersiol, this superb estate covers a little over 12 hectares, including 3.5 hectares classified as Grand Cru Frankstein. This particularly granitic terroir produces delicate wines, focused on finesse and minerality. The estate practices organic viticulture and is constantly innovating to favour the natural balance in the vines and the wines: draught horses help to work the soil and fertilize it, sheep graze between the vines in winter. In addition, the year 2015 was marked by the purchase of 10 oak tuns designed to promote micro-oxygenation of the wines. The Mersiols produce all the Alsatian grape varieties in the Tradition range, Pinots Gris, Rieslings and Gewurztraminers from the Grand Cru Frankstein (Terroir range), as well as the totally irresistible Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles (Prestige range), not forgetting the Crémants d'Alsace. From April to September, horse-drawn carriage rides are scheduled through the vineyard, with a tasting session in the estate's cellar as a highlight.

Here is a nice place in downtown, facing the town hall. In this shop, you will find a piece of Alsace, beautiful local products such as jams, gingerbread, fatty livers of duck and goose (developed with Dambachois wines), bredele, and also a beautiful cellar with the wines of the corner, there is a choice, there are no fewer than 96 wine growers. … and all this nicely presented. Note that the house is also a tea salon, and that at any time if you have a small trough, a small meal is offered for 5,50 euros with a house quiche, a salad and a glass of wine. A good physicist…

What counts for this couple is to be in contact with their 8 ha of vines. Here, no chemical products! We produce an organic wine from the vines that Florian pampers by taking care of the health of the soil. Mathilde is in charge of the manual work but she also works in the cellar and the winery. Here, the wine is full of personality. Choose the Tout naturellement pétillant, a gourmand and pink wine or the Tout naturellement macéré, an orange wine with an expressive nose and a dry mouth.

This family estate of 20 ha is managed by Dominique and his sons (Julien, in the cellar, and Thiébaud, in the business). Organic since 1997 and biodynamic since 2001, the common passion for vines and wine started with Dominique's father Charles and his brother Jean-Pierre in 1963. Stop by their bioclimatic cellar in solid wood for a little tasting. Try the fruity, long-lasting 2019 Pinot Noir Quintessence with soft, melting tannins or the dry, mineral Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein 2019 with citrus notes.

This 11-hectare estate is partly spread over the Grand Cru Frankstein. Well placed on the Wine Road, it is led by Annick and Dany Gerber. All the traditional Alsatian grape varieties are represented. The Gerber family is delighted to welcome you for a visit for a tasting of the estate's wines, such as its Pinots Noirs or Pinots Gris Vieilles Vignes, as well as its Riesling Grand Cru Frankstein. She will also welcome you in her gîte in a half-timbered house in Saint-Hippolyte. Available all year round, it accommodates up to four people with all the comforts. A loyal clientele of regulars maintains the reputation of the Gerber et Fils estate.

Vincent and Lucie Woerly manage 8 hectares of vines spread over the local area, as well as in Scherwiller and Dieffenthal. The estate owns plots of land in the Grand Cru Frankstein and in the Breitstein area. Vincent offers a range of seven Alsatian grape varieties, including the delicate Riesling Vieilles Vignes and Grand Cru Frankstein. The Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Frankstein is worth discovering because it surprises with its aromatic richness and its mineral finish. Guided tours of the vineyard are organised in the summer months, accompanied by picnics.

The André Carl & Fils estate extends over 6 hectares spread over different terroirs. Supported by his wife, Anne, Olivier Carl, heir of the family, runs his vines in organic farming. These wine and vine enthusiasts produce with talent the seven grape varieties of Alsace in four ranges: Tradition, Cuvées Spéciales, Vendanges tardives, Crémants. Here are some good bottles to discover during your visit at Olivier and Anne's: Rose des Sables (fresh and balanced summer rosé), Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes (pretty aromas of vine peach and mirabelle plum), Gewurztraminer Cuvée Anne (round, mellow and gourmet), Crémant d'Alsace L'Instant R (fruity and tangy Riesling). Olivier Carl is currently developing a very interesting range for lovers of natural wines, including a delicious Riesling "Car la Nature est douce" and a superb Pinot Noir L'Authentique, both made without added inputs or sulphite.

Certified organic in 2022, this estate run by Claude and his sons Guillaume (in the vines) and Ludovic (in the shop) is a story of passion and daring! With 40 ha of vines, the domaine offers a wide range of wines, including "Les Prémices" with its fresh, floral Riesling, the "Sélections Singulières", the "Grands Crus", the "Vendanges Tardives" and the organic range. A particular favorite is the Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives 2019, awarded one star in the Guide Hachette des Vins.

This beautiful ^17th-century listed house is home to a small 5-hectare estate that produces all the grape varieties of Alsace and benefits from plots in the Grand Cru Frankstein terroir. Gaby and Michel Nartz will be delighted to welcome you for a tasting of their wines, and why not take a few bottles or boxes home with you? In addition, the charming Gaby has fitted out five cosy bedrooms to welcome guests in comfort. Gîtes de France approved, these rooms can accommodate 1 or 2 adults (plus 1 child for one of them).

The Silber family produces a wide range of wines on a 20-hectare estate in Dambach-la-Ville. Winemakers for several generations, they vinify in an environmentally friendly way. The Riesling Grand Cru Franckstein 2017, with floral aromas, will be perfect with poultry. The Crémant d'Alsace Blanc de Noir, with a slightly pink color and a particularly fruity nose, will be an accomplice to your great moments. The wines of the domain can also be discovered in a box including a few bottles: "Discovery of Alsace Wines", "Grands Crus".

This human-sized estate (6 hectares of vines) is run organically by Olivier Carl. It is located in the fortified enclosure of Dambach-la-Ville, near the famous granite ramparts. A visit (preferably by appointment) will allow you to discover some excellent vintages full of character. Notably Rose des Sables, a balanced and refreshing summer rosé, as well as a Pinot Noir Terre de Granite with a succulent ripe cherry taste. You will undoubtedly also appreciate the Crémant d'Alsace L'Instant R 100 % Riesling, delicious as an aperitif!

The Pettermann estate covers 20 ha around the commune of Dambach, known as the "city of granite with two micas". Here, vinification has been carried out from father to son since 1928, on the initiative of Fernand Pettermann, the grandfather of the current winegrower, Didier. The family pays particular attention to the work in the vineyard, and it is quite logical that the yields are controlled as well as possible. The soil is dynamised thanks to ploughing the rows, natural grassing and the use of organic fertilisers. Finally, several tasks are carried out manually such as harvesting, de-stemming and summer and winter pruning to avoid the frequent use of agricultural machinery. The grapes are therefore pampered all year round. Don't hesitate to come and taste the traditional range of the Maison Pettermann as well as various specialities, notably the Auxerrois "R", the Riesling "Cuvée de l'Ours", the Pinot Noir "Perle de Vigne", the Muscat "Gourmandise" and, of course, the famous Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Frankstein!

In the service of the vine since the 1936 th century, it was in that the Gisselbrecht family gave a commercial dimension to its activity. At the head of an area spanning 18 hectares, between Dambach and surrounding villages, it makes, today, nectars from the seven traditional Alsatian grape varieties. Exceptional wines, including beautiful rieslings. In this area, the area has exceptional areas: plots on the grands Crus Frankstein and Muenchberg, and the place-dit Schiefferberg. The wines of the estate are regularly rewarded in the competitions. The house also produces crémants, late harvest and Selections of Noble Grains.

This small estate of nine and a half hectares, cultivated by integrated pest management, contains all the seven grape varieties of Alsace. Riesling and Pinot gris are aged in old wooden barrels, the other wines are aged in stainless steel tanks. The tasting is done in the small cellar, it's friendly. You can stay overnight in one of the well-equipped Gîtes de France 3 épis with board games, bowls, green space and barbecue, introduction to wine tasting... To discover, for example, the young but promising 2016 Sylvaner with its autumn flavours, the reinette apple is next to hazelnuts, dead leaves and dried herbs. The palate is a sip of freshness with delicate tannins and crystalline structure.

Since its birth in 1902, Wolfberger has played a fundamental role in the evolution of the vineyard, passionately pursuing its quest for excellence and authenticity. In Dambach-La-Ville, Denise and Grégoire run the boutique, where they sell the full range of wines, crémants, eaux-de-vie and liqueurs. In a cellar of century-old tuns, you'll find Alsace Grands Crus such as Frankstein or Kirchberg de Barr. Don't forget to take advantage of the fascinating guided tours, which end with a tasting session.

Mathieu has an eye for detail, and considers each of his cakes a true work of art. His experience in Tokyo as head of the Pierre Hermé boutique enables him to bring a fine, subtle Asian touch to his creations, as in the Kyoto with black sesame and puffed rice. A member of Relais Desserts since 2018, Mathieu Kamm creates top-flight delights: cakes, petits fours, macaroons, chocolates, ice creams and other delicacies! In the Dambach boutique, he also offers delicious daily specials every lunchtime, fresh and gourmet to perfection.

It is in this 14 ha estate that you can taste the traditional wines of Rémy and his wife Annie and the natural wines (without added sulfites) of Léo, their son, who vinifies his own vintages. Certified organic since 2020 and without chemicals in the vineyards since 2017, here we respect the vine and the land! We love one of Léo's wines: Bulles 2022, a natural sparkling wine, a blend of sylvaner, muscat and riesling with fine, juicy and easily digestible bubbles! A big yes!
