We produce an organic wine from the vines that Florian pampers by taking care of the health of the soil. Mathilde is in charge of the manual work but she also works in the cellar and the winery. Here, the wine is full of personality. Choose the Tout naturellement pétillant, a gourmand and pink wine or the Tout naturellement macéré, an orange wine with an expressive nose and a dry mouth.

Mathieu has an eye for detail, and considers each of his cakes a true work of art. His experience in Tokyo as head of the Pierre Hermé boutique enables him to bring a fine, subtle Asian touch to his creations, as in the Kyoto with black sesame and puffed rice. A member of Relais Desserts since 2018, Mathieu Kamm creates top-flight delights: cakes, petits fours, macaroons, chocolates, ice creams and other delicacies!
